My name is Elvira Betty, and I am passionate about French cuisine as well as culinary traditions from around the world.
I grew up in Arras, located in northern France, very close to Belgium and the United Kingdom. I used to speak the local dialect known as “patois” (or “patoche”).
I host culinary discovery and cooking shows on my upcoming web TV channel, titled “The Greatness of Chef Elvira.” Readers can expect to see a modern style with uniqueness and delicacy offering them an opportunity to get familiar with this new avenue.
